Session and Fees
Each session is 50 minutes to 1 hour long. Fees are due at the time of each scheduled appointment and are payable by cash, cheque or etransfer. Therapists' rates range from $120/session to $200/session. Sliding scale fees are available.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by a third party insurance provider through extended health benefit plans, WSIB or MVA insurance claims. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What professional credentials are accepted in order to utilize my mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Cancellation Policy
If you do not attend a scheduled appointment, and have not provided 24 hours advance notice, the fee will be due for the missed appointment. Of course unforseen circumstances are an acception with regards to this policy.
